Lucid8's Software products are all downloadable and functional in DEMO mode so that you may try-before-you-buy.
During your trial period, our support staff is available to assist in installation and configuration via e-mail, and if necessary, limited telephone and online support is available
NOTE: We strongly recommend that all users download, install, and test the DEMO versions prior to making a purchase.
If you purchase one of our products, after your credit card, check or terms are approved, an e-mail will be sent to you with the License file to unlock the software. Once this information is e-mailed to you, there will be no refunds given. If the License file has not yet been delivered and the refund is requested within 30 days of the original purchase date, we will gladly issue a refund, however, there will be a 15% restocking assessed.
In rare instances and only within 30 days of purchase, if the software will not function due to technical difficulties or platform incompatibilities, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund. In such instances, an LOD (Letter Of Destruction) written on company letterhead and signed by a corporate officer, as well as other license revocation steps, will be required to process the refund.
