You must have a DEMO or Full Product license installed to access any DigiScope features and there are three (3) methods available for requesting DigiScope licensing.


The Automated Online License Service

This Online License Service is the preferred (default) method for obtaining a license because it's integrated with DigiScope and delivers immediate licensing 24x7, however it requires the DigiScope enabled machine to have internet access. NOTE: Some firewalls are configured to block the use of the Online License Services. If you find that you cannot access the service from your company please use the Web License Portal licensing method.


TIP: 
When entering your password if authentication fails and you are using copy/paste to enter the password ensure that you are not inadvertently picking up a preceding or trailing space.


Web License Portal

This method is available 24x7, however it does not require the DigiScope machine to be internet enabled. This is an excellent method to use if the Online License Service is blocked within your organization OR if the DigiScope enabled machine does not have internet access. Request License via Email

This method should be the last one used since it requires manual intervention from our licensing team which is only available between 8am to 6pm (Pacific Standard Time) Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
