After completing the registration of your DigiScope Exchange server software you will receive an email with links to download our products, instructional videos and at the very bottom of that email the Login Credentials that allow you to do the following:

  • Access the Download Library
  • Open Support Tickets
  • Obtain Licensing
  • Purchase Products
  • Purchase Maintenance Renewals

If you experience issues during the authentication of your DigiScope Exchange server software it could be for one of the reasons below

  • If using copy/paste to enter the email address or password ensure that you are not inadvertently picking up a preceding or trailing space
  • If you opted out of all communication with Lucid8 your account is becomes locked and therefore is not usable.  To unlock your account follow the onscreen instructions
  • If you lost/reset the password to your account you must use the new password that was sent to your email address
